Job Postings:
Employers can post open positions online or through our traditional job boards. You can even leave flyers for prospective employees to pick up. You can also post jobs through CalJOBS, the California Employment Development Department job opening and resume listing system.
On-Site Interviewing & Recruitments:
Recruit for available openings on-site at any of the work2future One-Stop Centers by offering on-site interviewing or by participating in our job fairs. We can also prescreen and interview job seekers and refer qualified applicants to you for further evaluation.
Workshops & Seminars:
We sponsor many seminars or workshops that may be of benefit to you or your employees.
Facility Usage
Consider utilizing space at a work2future One-Stop Center to hold seminars, training, information sessions, recruitments, and interviews. Our work2future One-Stop Centers are located throughout Santa Clara County, for ease of access to both job seekers and employers.
