programs provide through the One-Stop Career Centers

Universal/Core Services**.- include outreach and orientation to the One-Stop Career Centers,
job vacancy listings, initial assessment of skill levels, aptitudes,
and abilities, employment search and placement assistance,
workshops, occupational
trends, job matching, job fairs, employer presentations and
targeted recruitments, labor market information, access to
the career centers services, information on the availability
of supportive services such
as child care and transportation and much more...
- All adults, 18 years and older, are eligible for core
services. No enrollment required.
Intensive Services**.-
In addition to providing assistance with our Core Services,
work2future
provides to eligible individuals, intensive services,
which include career counseling and follow-up services, comprehensive
assessment of skill levels and service needs, job referrals,
development of individual employment plans, case management
and job development, workshops and job clubs.
Vocational and Academic Training
Services**. - Those eligible individuals, who
cannot find employment through intensive services, may be
entitled to receive vocational and academic training services
linked to job opportunities in their communities, including
both occupational skill training and training in basic skills,
skill upgrading and retraining, adult education, literacy,
and other training.
Priority for intensive and training services must be given
to recipients of public assistance/ low-income individuals
and veterans
In addition to unemployed adults, employed adults may be served
if they are in need of services to obtain or retain employment
that leads to self-sufficiency.
- Enrollment for intensive services, vocational, and academic
training is required and is based on eligibility.

Supportive Services.- To enable low-income participants
to remain in training

provides supportive career transition,
finance and budget counseling, transportation and child care
referrals, safety equipment, clothing, and tools, referrals
to personal and family counseling services.
Partner Services.-
Include information, referrals and assistance on English as
a Second Language (ESL) resources, Unemployment Compensation,
supportive services, financial education and more..
